Sizing guide: Measure the circumference of the wrist at the thinnest part and refer to the size chart above. If the measured value is in the middle of the 2 sizes, select the larger of the 2 sizes. If you are using the brace on each of your wrists, make sure you measure the circumference of the 2 wrists separately to select the correct size.
