To change weights, remove the pin, select the rail with the corresponding weight chart, then insert the pin completely into the desired slot. That's it, you're ready to lift weights. Urethane-coated steel plates provide smooth, quiet performance.
This model replaces 28 pairs of dumbbells or 1163.5 kg of free weights and cannot be expanded further.
The grip element contains two additional cylindrical weights that can be used to fine tune the workout load.
