Standing, jumping, or lying down, you can perform various exercises on the half-round surface. You effectively train your balance, coordination, muscular endurance, and stability. The flat side can be used as a balance board as well as for push-up exercises.

Difference between the Sport and PRO versions

The Balance Trainer PRO is larger than the Balance Trainer Sport. It has a diameter of 65 cm, while the BOSU Balance Trainer Sport has a diameter of 50 cm. Additionally, the PRO version features recessed handles on the underside, making it easier to handle the balance trainer.
