The ProSelect multi-press is the most versatile instrument in the Body-Solid line. With its integrated functional arms, the GMFP-STK allows vertical chest pressures and inclined and declined pressures from a seated and adjustable position. Then switch to the other side and perform shoulder pressures from a standing position. Equipped with 180° rotating pulleys, this unit can be used with a Swiss ball for stability exercises.
