Casall Skipping Rope

The skipping rope is the ultimate training tool for improving coordination, explosiveness, and endurance. The rope is made of steel for added speed.

• Maximum adjustable rope length 270 cm
• To adjust: 1. Open the handle by removing the plastic button. 2. Pull the rope and move the stopper to the desired length. If necessary, cut a bit of length from the rope. 3. Close the handle by pressing the plastic button again.
• Do not use on asphalt or other rough surfaces, as this will damage the rope.
