Avento Agility Training Ladder

Avento training ladder / stepping ladder for improving coordination, speed and footwork. This ladder is 4 metres long and has 11 steps. It is suitable for all kinds of sports, including hockey, football, rugby and athletics. The training ladder is very easy to install and can easily be rolled up into the supplied carrying bag after use. It comes with stainless steel ground pegs.
