Leader Fit Gravity pilates pack

Accessory pack for Gravity GTS allowing more specific traditional Pilates exercises. The package includes :

• Biceps bench to be fixed to the top of the sliding cart, adjustable in height and inclination
• Press bar for shoulder, pectoral, back and triceps work with wide and narrow grip
• Grab bar for upper and lower body work. It allows a multitude of foot positions.
• Traction bar: it has 3 positions and facilitates pulling exercises, biceps and back work.
• Padded platform: allows for standing leg and abdominal movements on elbows or hands
• Leg Pulley Accessory: Allows for spinal mobility and to perform many Pilates leg exercises either simultaneously or on one leg.

Other features :

• a cable that attaches to the tower
• a pair of foot straps
• a velcro strap to be fixed around the ankle for safe working
• a cable extension to adapt to leg length and type of movement
