Use RollerBone bricks for many different balance exercises. You can use one brick lengthwise or widthwise for your workout. Take the second brick and double your exercise possibilities. With this freedom, you can experiment with a whole new way of balancing, and you can also train a large number of different muscle groups.
Thanks to the innovative, thin and extremely resistant material, you'll achieve an optimal position. The SoftPad can be easily inflated by mouth. The fuller the SoftPad, the more difficult the exercise. On the other hand, the less air there is in the SoftPad, the less difficult it is. The SoftPad can also be used as a stand-alone training tool. You can perform divers exercises with one or two legs.
