Training with air and water

The Bulgarian bag was designed atorigine to improve the movements of professional wrestlers. Ordinary Bulgarian bags are filled with sand, but the Bulgarian aquabag goes a step further by filling it with water and air. The water causes instability during training sessions, so no two repetitions are the same. What's more, you need to use all your muscles to correct your posture. In addition to the large muscle groups, you'll be strengthening your core muscles and improving your stability.

Simple and robust

The Bulgarian aquabag has two handles at the top and two loops at the front for different exercises. The aquabag is made from strong, durable material, and when you empty it, you can easily take it anywhere as it's lightweight, flat and compact. Thanks to the supplied air pump, the water in the aquabag can easily be replaced by air to keep the bag firm. Please note that the Bulgarian aquabag is not suitable for boxing or throwing exercises.
