TORQ Energy is a light, refreshing isotonic energy drink with a natural flavour and an assimilable formula rapide with a 2:1 Maltodextrin:Fructose ratio and 5 key electrolytes. TORQ Energy is part of the TORQ Fuelling System series.
TORQ Energy provides 30 grams of multiple transportable carbohydrates (1 unit TORQ) per 500 ml and while offering an optimal source of fuel, this product will also provide water and electrolytes to maintain the body's hydration needs and homeostatic balance. The TORQ Fuelling System suggests consuming 2-3 TORQ units per hour by loading TORQ Energy with the more concentrated autres units in our TORQ Fuelling System series. The higher your perspiration rate, the more TORQ Energy you'll need compared with the autres products in the TORQ Fuelling System series: Gel TORQ and Barre Bio TORQ.
The recommended dose is 1 scoop filled to the brim for 250 ml of water (2 scoops for 500 ml, 3 scoops for 750 ml and 4 scoops for 1 liter).
TORQ Energy is also available in 500 g jars (for 17 X 500 ml) or single-use sachets for 500 ml of water.
