Energy bars
The Raw Bar, a raw bar from the RAW FOOD movement, is made from dried fruit. Tasty and tender, it is to be consumed during an effort and will bring you the carbohydrate reserves essential to your sporting activity. Ideal for endurance sports such as running (half-marathon/marathon), cycling, swimming or trail running.
Very energetic and easy to digest, raws bars are the essential food to prepare for your races and sporting events. Tasty, fruity and without added sugars they will bring you the energy you need during short or long competitions. The bars are organic and suitable for vegetarians and gluten intolerant people.
Our bars are available in two flavours, lemon almond and cocoa hazelnut. They are to be consumed as a complement to a healthy and balanced diet.

Directions for use:
1 Raw bar per hour of sports activity in addition to a good hydration type drink effort (biodrink lime, mint or red fruit)
The bar can also be used before sports events as a snack, at a rate of 1 to 2 bars.

Date paste*, hazelnuts* (36%), raw cocoa powder* from fair trade (7%).
